Editorial design and thesis for final BA graphic design dissertation 2021/2022
This thesis explores the topic of minimalism in tech branding, specifically focused on companies in which branding and UX/UI are closely connected such as Airbnb and Spotify. This research is covering the emergence and acceleration of the internet since the 2000s and how it has launched minimalism into this busy world. However designing the final outcome of the publication, content of the thesis was taken into consideration where the minimalism was reflected in layout design and choice of typeface was selected to represent the usage of screen based product applications where the typeface selection is crucial for information clarity and legibility, therefore clear connection with the theme of minimalist in tech product branding.
